I'm thrilled right now but I have been hurt before, gotta keep guarded.

There was another one before that.....with Tracy Wolfson, I think......that was even more emotional. He actually broke down.

I may or may not have gotten a little choked up too.

Agreed. I can neither confirm nor deny something getting caught in my throat upon seeing CMR choked up in the on-field with Tracy Wolfson.

Nor when I read that CMB was AWOL for 30 minutes after the game to find Mett and congratulate him for a helluva game.

I was on the CMR train hard from '01-'07. Fell off the wagon for a few years and said alot of bad things about the man that I regret now. I've come back around over the last year or so. I do believe that the stars will align and CMR will bring a MNC or two to a very hungry Dawg Nation.

Youre a man of extremes dave. Might i suggest zoloft or some abilify perhaps

Theres no harm in being grateful if we get one more SEC trophy out of Richt before he retires while the east is completely in the sewer. Its a very realistic goal and one you can share with the kids

the one with Tracy Wolfson was the one I was looking for earlier today...either way...i was watching and I too had some dust in my eye for a second there...great man...I have throroughly enjoyed his tenure in Athens... I started really paying attention during the later Goff years and it has been awesome...to be a Dawg fan with CMR at the helm...it hasn't always been sunshine and roses, but I couldn't pull for any other team and wouldn't want any other coach...

I asked Brice Ramsey during his recruiting process how his decision making was going and it was round the time the Fire CMR stuff was flaring up...he said if CMR got fired, he would likely go elsewhere...he wanted to play for CMR...and BOBO...and that is what his folks wanted too...as parents, that should tell us something about the man...

The program was a dumpster fire before he took over. I'm glad he's here.
