I wish something like the Walking Dead to occur in that city, to that university, and their fans.

This will be ugly for them. A 12N kick is not gonna work.

They should have left well enough alone.

They don't even fill it for regular season games do they?

I guess there is some appeal to going to a GT game knowing you can't lose.

That's what I told WG. I was pumped to go to a game where UGA was guaranteed to win.

If the weather is nice they'll have 18,000.

Obviously that doesn't even half fill their high school stadium, but it'll probably be the biggest spring game crowd they've ever had.

Good. The more people that see that abortion of a football program, the more people will know to despise it.

A bit hard for me with an 8 month old, but I would strongly support the idea of an ATL Dawg contingent going in all UGA gear and booing the hell out of them when they come onto the field. That would be priceless.

Exactly. And the ACC championship game has sold out only 3 of the last 6 years.

Now they are asking for something that can't happen?

Pretty embarrassing on all fronts if you ask me.

It would be a glorious thing to see the North stands at BDS packed in red & black-clad fans. (Like they are the only time that hole is at capacity).

They can't fill it up for a regular game.

I showed that pic in a group message and one of the guys didn't see the big deal. He said that every school urges their fans to fill the stands during the spring game. My response was that they'd love it if they did, but rarely is there a large marketing effort (a la 93k Day) because to "sell out" the spring game is extremely tough to do and can be pretty embarrassing when it doesn't work out. It's a PR risk for sure and I'm surprised that GT is taking this angle. Let's see how much they play this up...

Personally, I think any UGA fans going to the GT spring game would indicate to them that we care more than we do. I would rather show them the lack of care by ignoring them all year except when we crush them this year.

This. They need to realize what a one sided rivalry it really is, and that they're about 4th on our list of priority wins every year.
