Under the treats category...

Was much harder than expected to create a homemade black cone and close to UGA red gelato.

Very likely coming out for the WLOCP if the weather is nice and I get over my pissed offness.

Got a 7.6 lb brisket and a 8.7 lb boston butt sitting in the fridge covered in rub and sittin in two bottles of carolina vinegar. Gonna be on here at 6 am getting that shite on the egg with some mesquite chunks

Never done it, not sure where to get it. I'll call the butcher in the am tho. Pork is stupid expensive right now tho. I'm about to go back to just doing wild pigs. A lot leaner and free.

I'm not much of a huge pork fan outside off a but. But you could smoke some pork chops? Idk. Frankly, if you hadn't been doing the tri tips I'd suggest that cause I wanna do that next.

Maybe some salmon?
