I've got several steps with tri trp.

1st salt for 1-2 hours.

2 was all the salt completely off.

3 add a flavor your wanton outside with a little allegro marinade. To much can be over powering

Then I sear it on Akorn for a few min s side, pull it off and put it on weber pit at around 300. Cool until an internal temp of 120+ depending on how u like urs..

let set for 30 min then slice.

Hoover Sauce

My Brother lives in Mississippi and he gets me this stuff. It blows dales, L&P, and what ever else you got out of the water hands down. Im pretty sure you can order it online. I highly recommend it!!! Ask Americus Dawg he has tried it too.

Thanks, I will try it. Not a big fan of Dales. I marinate my beef in Worchestishire, Wishbone Italian dressing, garlic salt and black pepper. Really works well on a ribeye.

Honestly I have lately just marinated my steaks with a simple salt, pepper, and olive oil combo

Im sorry but I just can not bring myself to putting salad dressing on my steak.

On a pork tenderloin well that is a whole different subject.

Alright, the weekend is here and there is nothing we can do about Gurley so might as well go on with business as usual.

Tri tip again. I've fell head over heels for it.
