Yep Blaze is a hoss! That kid is going to have a great year. Schotty's offense is tailored made to a big target TE like him. He will get plenty of opportunities to make plays this season

I was talking to my buddy from Charlotte. He hung out with Blazevich not too long ago. They talked a little bit about this past off season and spring. The coaches wanted him to bulk up to help with his blocking. He's up to 245 and has grown about an inch... Monster...

Lamont Gaillard working with the OL today

Why would he move from DT to offensive guard after coming in highly touted as a defensive lineman? Maybe he doesn't have quite the SEC defensive lineman quick feet? Or maybe they figure Mayes and Trent Thompson and others won't leave much playing time for Gaillard?

Dallas, when you said "Coach Brown"....I thought, "who the hell is "Coach" Brown?"...Just doesn't seem like long enough ago that he was running between the hedges for us to be calling him "Coach"

Im not...it probably just means that he doesn't have the same grasp of the playbook as the other 2. If CMR doesn't HAVE to play a Fr. or RFr. QB, he isn't going to. I think all three are serviceable to very good college QB's. I am not looking at any of them as next level talents, so there is no reason to shove J Park in there before he is ready to play mistake free ball when there isn't enough of a physical talent gap between him and the other options to start him over the guys who know the playbook better.

Stafford started as a Fr because he was obviously head and shoulders better than the other QB's on the roster (I think we all know JTIII's ankle injury was an excuse to get Stafford in the game). Murray Started as a RFr. because he was obviously head and shoulders better than Logan Gray, and obviously, less of a rapist than Mett. Now, CMR has a RsJr and a RsSo that probably have a better grasp of the playbook, and JPark is not the second coming of Stafford or Murray

Park is a redshirt freshman. I think it's a little early to talk about him being processed for not balling out in scrimmages.

You're responding to a Ga Tech fan. They pegged Stafford and Murray as bad quarterbacks. Having lost 12 of 14 to their hated rival, logic is not on the agenda. At least, I'm not aware of many coaches who would "process" one of their three scholarship qb's as a RS Freshman.

It seems like the QB race is between Bauta and Ramsey as of right now. Getting 15 reps in 2 scrimmages is not a big endorsement for Park's current status relative to those two.

From what I've read none of the QBs have the playbook down because a new offense is being installed so Park's lack of reps isn't because of his relative inexperience with the system.

Calling Mettenberger a rapist and saying that Murray is less of a rapist slanders both former Georgia QBs.
