And to think...Tom Herman was the dream candidate to replace Richt.

Maybe he'll be LSU's savior.

To be fair, I still think he would have worked here.

Still think Herman will be a great hire for USC/Texas/LSU/Whoever-Hires-Him. He's done a great job recruiting at a school that has very little tradition and name recognition and he has beat teams with more talented rosters. Slip ups and mistakes happen, even Saban gets his arse beat some times.

Interesting thing about Herman...read someplace he passed the Mensa test in college and is a pretty sharp guy. Would have been nice to have a smart coach.

Not sure what happened with Navy, though.

Then again, can't say anything after we almost lost to Nicholls at home.

Army is the only service academy that's pretty much a guaranteed win. Air Force and Navy are usually at least decent - though for Navy, that's a relatively recent thing.

They were 3 for 5 passing. Houston couldn't handle that air assault.

Yep,truth hurts a little too much doesn't it?

How many AD's out there would choose Kirby Smart over Herman????
And do you think for ONE SECOND he could have turned around UH the
same way Herman did?

I'll hang up and listen.

RD Dawg...

You said that ESPN reported that the SEC cancelled the Fl-LSU game and we should expect the same for UGA-USC.

I challenged this, and you called me a moron for dismissing ESPN.

Now that the SEC has said they have jack shite to do with the FL-LSU decision, and UGA-USC is playing tomorrow, how much of a gimp do you look like right now?

Honest question.
