Nah... I can never cook my wings the way I like them, always too wet. Used to get them at $3 cafe on Windy Hill road and got spoiled on those...

Dry the wings, toss 'em in rub and smoke them @ 235° for 60-90 mins. Dry smoked wings are epic.

Best luck I've had with them is when I fry them about half as long as they say to. Also, the bottled sauce is salty as hell so I dilute way down with cider vinegar.

Kroger has a 5 lb bag of Tyson flats only in their bulk freezer. It's glorious for football season. Mrs. Vox puts away twice as many as I do, and she keeps her girlish figure to boot, so it's win-win.

1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup Heinz ketchup
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1/2-1 teaspoon black pepper
Mix together the mayo, ketchup, and garlic powder, blending well. Add Worcestershire sauce and blend well. Cover the surface of sauce with lots of black pepper until just coated. Blend well. Repeat process covering surface with black pepper and stir until belnded well. Refrigerate for at least two hours prior to use to allow the flavors to mingle
ETA: do the wings dry (oven or deep fry) then melt butter into several mixing dishes and then let people flavor their sauce how they see fit, then gently coat the wings using tongs and serve. Wing parties are awesome when people can "create" their own sauces
