From a completely objective standpoint, it doesn't look good for him to keep jumping around programs like he has.

IF Smart is half the defensive genius he is supposed to be, I'm not that concerned about our DC hire.

Well...if he showed up and cussed Richt at his house in front of his family I can see that could present some potential HR issues. I guess we need to accept the fact that keeping Pruitt will be a long shot.
