Who says we have to run a 3-4? We didn't start that till Bonehead arrived. Doesn't mean we have to stick with it, plus, we weren't in a true 3-4 most of the time anyway.

JJ, Floyd, DeLoach, Bellamy, and every one of our incoming OLB recruits are all stand up edge rushing OLB's and not true hand in the dirt 4-3 style 5-9 technique DE's.

That said, our current 3-4 DE's could quite easily play DT in a 4-3 as likely could our NT's. But they all fit better at their current 3-4 style positions.

We're very multiple though too. All our OLB's can rush from the line and we're quite often in 5-2-4 looks and occasionally 4-3-4, but much less often.

It's all about the SEC, his D dominated the Always Crappy Confrence, and he wanted to see if he could fit into his big boy pants. If we are just the middle of the road in Total D next year we will win big. Give Mason/Gurely a top 10 D.... Natty all the way!
