Richt should have been fired several years earlier than he did and would never have won us the national title. Glad he is gone and we will be better in the long run for it.

Smart however should never have been hired and only seemingly got the job because he was the chosen one. We should have not hired a defensive minded coach as they rarely work out even though Smart worked under the best defensive coach of them all in Saban for years he will not be a good head coach. He is our Muschamp type hire.
However we all could plainly see he is whom the administration wanted to hire before he even got the job and this outcome was the most likely outcome.

It was not Smart that was to turn us around but the coach that will come after him. We will be better in the long run we just have to endure a couple years of the one chosen before the coaching search even began and then the healing can commence.
After Smart Georgia will rise from the ashes like a phoenix. WE will be a better team for having gotten rid of Richt we just need to endure Smart first and endure and survive and afterward thrive we shall.
