damn that sucks. We got an OE email yesterday saying health premiums won't go up at all, dental will go up 6% and vision will go up 2%.

I'm young(ish) and single so I took the cheapest health plan we had, but I'm still glad it appears that it won't be affected.

Were you able to get a quote from other companies off the healthcare.gov website. I know my dad was able to save over $400 per month with better coverage. He couldn't even shop his insurance before because of preexisting conditions. Go to the website and search for a better rate. You might find one. More people being insured means more competition to get your business and lower rates. At least in theory!

Probably would only be beneficial if he works for a really small company or is self-employed.

If you're getting coverage through a decent sized employer it's really unlikely you'll find better coverage on the "market" at this point. Yeah, it will be cheaper, but you'll probably be looking at a bronze plan, and I promise you the quality will be shittier.

If mine goes up that much, I'm screwed. I pay about $180/month for me and my boy. Wife has her own through her work.

If your employer's plan qualifies under ACA, then you can't purchase a plan through the Marketplace in u our state.

That assumes, of course that the website hasn't crashed. Again.

Health insurance for me and the wife went up about 20%. Not as bad as it could have been. Obama

I've got my open enrollment coming up soon. I'm excited to see the new ways that government is planning on screwing me over. I feel like I should leave them a tip.

I would save your complaints. We're only a few years away from seeing taxpayer paid gender reassignment procedures and liposuction. Its absolutely going to happen

Exciting times... onward

I don't pay anything for medical and $32 for dental. Getting out is going to suck big dick.

I currently pay about $430 monthly for my family. That will rise to $580 if I maintain the same level of coverage. More than negates my pay raise.

I've got too many complaints to talk about in one post. I really wish the government would stop trying to be my daddy and take care of me and worry more about giving me the freedom to take care of myself. If I want to have breast implants, I'll save up my money and get them like the rest of the normal people.
