Sigma 50-500mm f/4-6.3. It was surprisingly sharp across a pretty broad range of focal lengths.

I got a few shots of some ducks and geese this past weekend. Just need to transfer them over. Please keep sharing your shots

I have a canon t4i but I actually rented a 5D Mark III to take to the Smokys this past weekend to see how I liked it before deciding whether or not to buy on. So I used it for those pics.

Needless to say I'm buying one now the ISO performance is great. That first deer pic was shot at 4000 ISO and still didn't require hardly any noise reduction.

I haven't had the chance to get shots of any ducks (with a camera ) but they make for some of the coolest wildlife shots. Alright I'll keep posting some, didn't want to crowd the thread too much haha

haven't got in the stand yet. too hot for me still.

I'd rather be cold and miserable... feels much better.

minor thread hijack...did you see where GRRM and soem other authors released "The World of Ice and Fire" today? Supposed to provide a lot of backstories and what not. Ordered mine today.
