Zach Mettenberger can't win the big game.........
That yoke was taken off Murray's shoulders Saturday and placed squarely on to Mettenberger.
He lost to top-ten ranked Florida last year. He lost to #1 ranked Alabama last year. He lost to Top #15 ranked Clemson in their bowl game last year. ANd now he has lost to #6 Georgia.
He came close in all of those games, and he may break some records at LSU....................... but he just can't win the big ones.

I don't like to throw that moniker around at all. Murray couldn't win the big game until he could, and even then, it has always been a team effort. Same for Mett and LSU.
I'd rather take a look at the player's performance in the game rather than whether or not the final outcome was a W or a L. Mett picked apart our defense the whole game. If we didn't get big pressure on him on that last drive, he may have continued to do so. He came into a hostile environment and did what he needed to do. His defense just wasn't able to stop us.
