With nothing torn, he's out 4-6 weeks. If there's a tear 6-10 weeks

I think Malcolm fits into McDaniel's offensive system very well too.
I can easily see him as that slot receiver they love to employ... Wes Welker, Julian Edleman type.
The ability to gain yards after catch.

Almost every pass up until he got hurt was to him or a running back and he looked awesome. He has a spot on the team for sure.

So apparently MM was back at practice today in full pads, just 4 days after the injury. Not sure how much he was doing but that's definitely encouraging.

He will have a spot on that roster from what I'm hearing in local news up here in New England. I'm not even being homerish. No one has said it outright but I get a strong feeling. Hopefully Garropolo can get him the ball in the first 4 reg season games. TB will take care of getting him the ball after that.
I'm really looking forward to watching him and Andrews every Sunday.

He's got what the Patriots need. He'll make the roster. Hope he has quick recovery.

MM is a perfect fit for the Patriots offense. They have enough receivers that they can use him and others without overworking them and keep them fresh.
