Just throwing a crazy idea out there...what about Ken Dorsey, CAROLINA Panthers QB coach? Have no idea what kind of money he makes but it's intriguing he is part of a pro style offense with some read option mixed in. Should be attractive to Eason with NFL experience and played QB himself.

Might be too soon for another NFL guy. I'd love to see Meacham and Pruitt working with Smart.
