would be a disaster. I so so badly wanted pruitt but it appears the writing's on the wall there. Hey, I can get behind muschamp though. If we whiff there, geez that would suck bad.

I thought Bama hadn't even reached out to Pruitt. Do you have a source that links them?

they might not have yet simply because they "officially" don't have an opening at DC. Whenever kirby officially signs I dont' see why pruitt wouldn't be saban's first phone call.

Yeah it makes total sense, I just find it hard to believe that these guys don't reach out proactively.

I'm happy that we are getting Smart, but would really have liked Boom or Pruitt at DC. It would be nice to have a known quantity there with a strong recruiting presence in place.

So we are going to end up competing against both Pruitt and Muschamp instead of having one of them on staff. That's a screw up. I wish our powers that be would get over whatever Pruitt did to piss them off and do what's best for the program (as an outsider with no real knowledge of the problem).

SC is interested in Riley and plan to talk to him per Chris Low.

It makes no sense from a football standpoint to not retain Pruitt as DC. And is McGarity really going to insist on a very good coach not being retained due to some minor conflict?

Or is Pruitt possibly a head case? He left FSU after a year with some murky rumors. Maybe he's the problem?

I was sitting front row during warm ups last saturday at tech and saw Pruitt absolutely rip into Rico Mcgraw for half assing a rep. He had me shaking in my khaki pants and Sperry top-siders. I cant imagine what playing for him or muschamp is like everyday.

IIRC McGraw chose UGA because he wanted to play for Pruitt

I can only imagine Recruiting for the next few months is going to be crazy and then between Feb and August seeing what may happen with current players will be another soap opera to behold.

If recruits want to play for Pruitt and his players go to bat for him then WTF is the problem considering the results he produced this year out of the defense?

If a 60 year old administrator doesn't like him who really gives a frick if the kids playing the game would run through a wall for the prick?

I agree and hopefully Kirby will end up keeping him but I really think Kirby wants his buddy Muschamp with him as option 1. Pruitt would probably be Option 2 and if he's given full control then he will hopefully get what he wants.

The top siders part it too much imho. Sperry's was all that was needed. Do you not feel like he may have been trying a little hard?? Just came off super douchey to me... maybe I'm a tough critic. Maybe I can pick summers eve out of a line up of cvs house brand douches.. or maybe I'm just a frickin smart arse.. You be the judge.

OK. I'll give it a shot

Youre having reflexive repulsion because you in fact have 8 pairs of 42 x28 dockers in your closet and still havent kicked of your top siders after a long day at the quarry. you want to to try some sportier apparel but youre still gaining your confidence back after that inexplicable weight surge two summers ago that left you with stretch marks around your anus

So, give the guy a break. you just might bump into him at the tangiers docker outlet one day in the elastic waste section and want to go grab a bowl pork broth together. just think of how awkward thatd be
