And then imagine that the left side in this image represents a conservatively appoximated 7,190,888 worldwide mongotards, chowderpops, etc that his existence balanced out.

Grits n Okra (no butter)

Add some roughage to keep me regular, Uncle Sam Cereal and some Half & Half (or other dairy with less calcium) as too much calcium is bad as you get older.
When I splurge I add all the unhealthy but tasty stuff like real butter, biscuits n gravy, thick cut bacon, local sausage (with no added salt, just a pure spice or two), and scrambled eggs.

Long time lurker. Have to say that out of all the boards I lurk on, Jefferson has to be my favorite poster of them all.
