We played probably the worst I've seen in a long time and we still won. So there's that, hopefully this is just a random event where we got caught looking a head. I don't think it's time to hit the panic button yet, we'll know a lot more next week.

Was very ugly. OL got very little push. Maybe it was the heat because it was hot as hell.

Third and Short is killing us and getting cute with a lead. Eason throwing that pass on 3rd and short for a 90 yard interception. The throw to the TE on 3rd and 2. Several times we ran the dive into a 9/10 man box on third and short. It just isn't working and it's really been our downfall. We have stalled at least 6 or 7 drives that should have been conversions but the playcalling has been pretty shite in those situations. I don't know what the fix is.....maybe try a damn screen or a WR screen which I don't know that we have ran any this season but it seems like it wouldn't be a bad call with the sellout on the run game teams are doing.

This is all legit, but neither Lambert nor Eason are on Murray's level yet of changing plays on the line.
And that's not Cheney's fault.
Eason will get there. I think he'll be there by end of season.
That's another reason why he needs to stay in there and get as many reps and looks as possible so he gets there quicker.
Every snap Lambert takes is another kernel of experience that Eason doesn't get.

Hahahahaha! I must be high. Reading comprehension got a little bent there for a second. I somehow combined Back to the Future with Raiders.

Anyone planning on rewatching the game and analyzing? Just wondering about whether some guys were going half speed or taking plays off (a la Clowney) because the opponent's status.
