I'm pretty sure that is bullshite. I sat in sec 102 behind and around all the auburn fans. No one was miss treating anyone in those sections. The most I saw from any UGA fan was one guy said keep stepping as some of the AU fans were leaving in the 3rd quarter. Now later Saturday night as all the college kids were probably drunk out of there minds from celebrating all night I can't say something was said to AU fans then. But it's drunk 18 yr olds that just won a huge game what do you expect.

frick them pussies.

- UGA's final drive against Bama in the SECCG. I realize we lost the game, but that is one of the most exhilerating drives I've seen. Murray took us from our 15 to their 5 with 1 minute left.

It was a great drive but I am talking about a single play like the Run Lindsay Run moment.

A great goal line stand but again I am talking about a single play like the Run Lindsay Run moment.

- Gurley's TD in double overtime to beat GT last year

That's a great example and I agree it's one of the greatest moments in UGA football history since the Run Lindsay Run moment.

Unfortunately, I never got to see it.

- LSU game last year - no single play sticks out...may not be a hallmark play in that game.

It was a great game but again I am talking about a single play like the Run Lindsay Run moment.

The TD kickoff return isn't as exciting for me primarily because it happened early in the game and also because I saw the flag while he was still at midfield. Killed it quick.

I can understand how seeing the yellow flag would kill the moment for you but imagine what that 104 yard kickoff return would have been if it wasn't called back.

Seeing TG run 104 yards on the kickoff return right after Auburn marched down the field and scored on their first possession and when it was the first time he touched the football after his 4 game suspension would have been one of if not the greatest moment in UGA football history since the Run Lindsay Run moment in my opinion.

I'm just sorry I couldn't be there at Sanford Stadium with the rest of the Dawg Nation to enjoy the moment even if it was called back.

Anyway, thanks for taking the time to give me a few examples and this week enjoy being a Dawg fan.

I certainly am enjoying it.

The kickoff return was still an incredible thing even though it was called back. I also think it basically told Auburn that Gurley is still Gurley and that they were gonna get his best shot.

Kinda like when you know another player is elite and you're just hoping it's an off game or they're rusty, then they bust that play and you just go "shite, it's gonna be a long game"

Every time an auburn fan was leaving early we stood up and yelled "war eagle war damn eagle". Harmless yet enjoyable

Interesting they made comments about being glad we keep Richt. Do they know Richt is 7-2 against them over last 9 years?

You can argue that it wouldn't have been the greatest momen

First you say it was, then you say it wasnt, then again you try to say it was, make up your damn mine
The Lindsay run won the game, TG run didnt come close to winning the game, and it didnt count. It was a very nice run and we all were hollering and drinking like a mofo but lets not put it that high on the charts

First of all, it's "mind" not "mine".

I asked you for some examples of plays that might have been greater moments in UGA football history since the Run Lindsay Run moment than the 104 yard kickoff return by TG but you didn't bother to give me any. Out of the four examples UGAalum08 gave only the TG touchdown run in last year's Double overtime GT game was a good example that I agreed may have been greater.

Then I said:

quote:

I can understand how seeing the yellow flag would kill the moment for you but imagine what that 104 yard kickoff return would have been if it wasn't called back.

Seeing TG run 104 yards on the kickoff return right after Auburn marched down the field and scored on their first possession and when it was the first time he touched the football after his 4 game suspension would have been one of if not the greatest moment in UGA football history since the Run Lindsay Run moment in my opinion.

My saying it "would have been one of if not the greatest moment" is not saying again that "it was" the greatest moment in UGA football history since the Run Lindsay Run moment.

quote:

The Lindsay run won the game, TG run didnt come close to winning the game, and it didnt count. It was a very nice run and we all were hollering and drinking like a mofo but lets not put it that high on the charts

First of all, I made it clear that I was talking about if the play counted.

Since the play came on the kickoff immediately after Auburn scored a TD on their first possession, IF THE PLAY COUNTED, it would have immediately stopped the momentum that Auburn got from its first possession TD and given the momentum to the Dawgs.

The fact that at the time no one knew the game wasn't going to be a close game and because it was the first time TG touched the football after returning from his 4 game suspension, IMHO it would have been one of if not the greatest moment in UGA football history since the Run Lindsay Run moment even if it wasn't a TD that won the game.

However, since you are a little pussy who hates me because I disagree with you most of the time, apparently, you look for every opportunity to attack me whenever I give my opinion even if it is regarding something meaningless such as my opinion of what is the greatest UGA football moment since the Run Lindsay Run moment.

Geez dude, get a frickin' life!

Well dude, give me some examples that, in your opinion, were greater moments in UGA football since the Run Lindsay Run moment than the 104 yard kickoff TD run by TG would have been if the run was not called back.

How old are you? Just out of curiosity.

That auburn ending was one of the 3 or 4 best, most significant plays in UGA football history. It won our first division title and catapulted us to the first SEC title in 20 years, over a team we had lost to 3 straight times. And you're comparing that to a kickoff return (yes, I know, if it counted) that would have tied a game at 7-7 with 12 minutes left in the first quarter? Holy shite...

That was way back in 2002 and it is now 2014.

Unlike some of you who don't have a life, I have more important things to do than remember the names of every UGA football player who played for UGA back in 2002 or the specific details of the play one of them made that got us our first division championship.

frick you, a-hole!

If you want to call me crazy because my brother and I both had a definitive sighting of a 60+ foot long sea serpent FROM ONLY 20 YARDS AWAY and have taken several videos of them since that first sighting then I challenge you to put your money where your big mouth is.

My brother and I will both take a polygraph test and if either of us fail then we'll pay for the test. However, if both of us pass than you pay for the test.

And don't try to weasel out of it by saying polygraph tests don't work or it's easy for both of us to pass a polygraph test because we both are crazy and just believe we saw a 60+ foot long sea serpent or simply mistook a known marine animal for a 60+ foot long sea serpent.

All you can say is both of us are liars and committing a hoax but that would be easily disproved when both of us pass the polygraph test since it is impossible for both of us to lie about seeing a 60+ foot long sea serpent FROM ONLY 20 YARDS AWAY or to mistake a known marine animal for a 60+ foot long sea serpent FROM ONLY 20 YARDS AWAY.

Also, if you are going to say my brother and I are both crazy or committed a hoax then you have to say the 9 eyewitnesses who have ALL stated that they also saw a 60+ foot long sea serpent off Stinson Beach in 1983 are all liars and conspiring to commit a hoax or all 9 of them are crazy.

In fact, some of those eyewitnesses didn't even know each other so don't try to say they are all crazy or all conspired together to commit a hoax.

7 of the 9 eyewitnesses were workers on a road crew who were removing rocks off the road that had fallen on it and the Caltrans supervisor who was overseeing the work. 2 of the eyewitnesses were sitting in the first car that was stopped by the work crew so they could remove the boulders from the road.

The two people in the car did not know anyone in the work crew or their supervisor.

Come on dude, I dare you to accept the challenge.
