Would you feel better about their chances on running the tables?

I know I would. I think this is a huge trap game, but if the Dawgs can stay focused, and put on a good showing, I think we can finish 11-1 in the regular season.

They need to keep our foot on the gas offensively. I hate when Richt/Bobo decide to "take it easy" on a team just because we get a decent lead. They need "style points" to keep in the MNC conversation.

Run defense has really impressed the last 2 games. Tennessee has two good backs. The front seven need to keep up the trend, and the secondary needs to step up.

Amen...

I'm in the group that believes we'll win, just closer than we would like. Maybe 31-21

At the same time, we know the score should/could be 49-21. It's early. I'm letting these crazy thoughts creep into the ole noggin again

What we do saturday has no bearing whatsoever on my thoughts on running the table, unless we lose.

I'd like to see UGA beat the tar out of everyone. But face it, huge margins of victory are not a hallmark of UGA football. I expect a tough matchup. Vols will come to play.

This. We should beat them like rented mules but I have a feeling this is going to be more of a shootout than we want it to be.

The only thing that'll make me feel better will be once we're past FL with no additional losses. All of these teams are dangerous.

Very true, to be honest I'd put the game @ Tennessee as equally dangerous to home vs. Mizzou. I think Mizzou is better but we get them at home. @ Vandy could be dangerous also.

Don't get me wrong I think we win all three, but they are all more loseable than Kentucky at home, App State, etc.

UT selling tickets for $30 to try and sellout. The Student allotment is 12,500 and they have roughly 8,000 students that have asked for their tickets to this game. I said at the beginning of the year, that this was my "trap" game of the year. I am changing tunes. I think we roll past them by 17 or 21. Now looking at Florida and a scary matchup with Auburn at the end of the season. That QB and Defense from Auburn scares me the most as far as how much I think they will improve.

Not relaxing until we've beaten Bama/LSU in the SECCG.

At this point, every game is a trap game.

Oregon beat them by, what, 7 touchdowns? Our result will be compared to theirs by the pundits. We need to truck 'em.

Whether we like it or not, if we are in the conversation for the BCS title, our performance against Tennessee will likely be compared to the Oregan/UT game. Dawgs need to win big.

I hope Gurley will be OK soon, but I want to see Marshall and the fullbacks get a full workout in this game. Let the offensive line chew up that defense and get #4 a 200 yard game.

We have got to adjust the running play calls a little for Marshall. He is a finesse style of back that needs to get into space to be a threat.

Simple things like lining up in a twins formation and then pitching it to him back to the weak side so hopefully he only has one man to beat to get to the corner and be gone.

I wrote in an earlier post a couple of days ago about how the way Marshall is being utilized this year kind of reminds me of Joe T. running QB draw plays designed for DJ Shockley in that UF game in '05. We cannot expect him to just run through people like TGII.

^^^^^^^this...

If Richt has any desire to ever win a BCSNC he's gotta realize this team is close to being something special(depending on how quick the "D" gels)...

The only chance(& that'll be slim) he has of jumping a 0 loss team from another major conference is to "DESTROY" errybody left in the reg. season & put an asswhoopin' on UA/LSU/aTm in the SECCG...

Gotta have evil Richt, take no prisoners...
