Georgia needs to take care of business in this ball game, It will be a measuring stick between Oregon. You can't give the PAC justifiable ammo if and when the voting begins.

I wrote in an earlier post a couple of days ago about how the way Marshall is being utilized this year kind of reminds me of Joe T. running QB draw plays designed for DJ Shockley in that UF game in '05. We cannot expect him to just run through people like TGII.

Gurley does unreal, insane things that defy multiple laws of physics. Marshall is still a tremendous back. I think he will find success running the football Saturday.

Nobody is going to compare our game against UT to Oregons.

If oregon is undefeated, they're going to the title game no matter what. So if people are looking at this mutual matchup, that means both teams have a loss. If both teams have a loss, not only will our loss be better than theirs (almost assuredly), but our wins will include top 10 SC, top 10 LSU, top 15ish UF, and #1 bama. Theirs will include top 5 Stanford, top 20 Washington, and I think they play UCLA who is ranked somewhere around 20th. But again, they have a loss somewhere, which would likely be to stanford. So that negates by far their best win. Plus, they played UT at home while we'll play them on the road.

Face it, if there's any sort of competition to who's going to the NCG between 1 loss oregon and 1 loss UGA...UGA's going and it's not even close. This game doesn't matter.

Personally, I think LSU is better than Bama this year. I could easily see them losing that game. This year there could be at least 3 undefeated teams in FBS. If Clemson wins out and Oregon wins out, let the SEC is underrated talk begin. We seriously need Bama to beat LSU and beat every team we face the rest of the year by a convincing margin. I believe this is the only way we get to a NC. Style points count and we have to consider that.

As far as Marshall goes, he will be fine running the ball in TG3's absents. The boy proved he could run between the tackles against LSU. I have complete confidence in him running the ball and us not miss a beat in the run game. I'm not saying he is the same as TG3, but he can be just as effective against any team.

Does anyone know when we will get Rumph back? I really want to see him play soon. The more weapons Murray has, the better. But, all of our receivers are very underrated. Conley, JSW, Bennett, and Lynch will play on Sunday.
