Sounds like the perfect opportunity to talk your wife into letting you buy a laser-sighted cross-bow with a silencer kit......

Just buy a judge, it's not silenced but no body's gonna talk shite to you when you've got that in your hand. Works great for coons too.

And frick the guys saying "release it back into the forest" kill everyone you see.

The Ledbetters from Amite County Mississippi are notorious coon hunters .... they are kinda like the "Duck Dynasty" of coons. Also, I think they once ventured into the beer joint business.

The best bait is sardines. They can smell it from far away and cannot resist it.

The weapon idea Jeff mentioned might be the way to go. Currently, the neighbor who was goingbto trap it for $50 did not show today. Stay tuned for updates.

. Trapped coons for 10 years. Always used sardines. 10 to 1 coos over possums. You must have a lot of possums where you hunt

Have you read Where the Red Fern Grows? It's about a boy who hunts with 2 coon-hounds. You should definitely not pick up a copy next time you're in a book store.

Well I would always trap in residential areas so I wouldn't disturb the Coon on my feeders where I would hunt.
