I've seen a bunch of people talking about how windy it was there. Don't get me wrong, Eason played rough and should know how to utilize the wind, but it could explain him over throwing some.

It was pretty breezy out in the burbs. Willy B has an open side and is out in a wide open area - so the wind definitely was a factor.

How else do you think we got two touchbacks in the 4th qtr?

Orth overthrew a few passes to open receivers, too, and he's much more experienced. I would expect that the wind had a bit to do with it.

The other qb had some overthrows as well. Hell... we even kicked 2 touchback that game. I wasn't there, but I'm thinking the wind definitely had an impact on the ball in the air.

The walk on missed a few? Big surprise.

I was 20 rows off the south end-zone, the breeze was coming in around the scoreboard. I'm also very thankful it was cooler yesterday. Their visitors bench is in the sun all afternoon by design.

my face has a small bit of wind burn. Also the flagpole I ziptie to our tent every week came loose and blew off, which I think has only happened once before.

Honestly though it didn't really FEEL windy, if that makes any sense. I didn't wear a jacket during the game and was comfortable.

So windy that two timeouts blew out of Kirby "Smart"s pocket at end of first half. It was like something from a comedy. Every time he caught up to them and bent down to grab them, the wind blew them right out of reach again. Most of been so frustrating.

Solid evidence there. Must have been a gale helping our kicker.

Kirby has previously said that he prefers the wind at their back in the 4th quarter.

Wow. That's a pretty controversial preference. right there.

That's so Kirby though.

The wind was out of the NNE at 7 knots at game time. The open end of the stadium faces to the NW at 333 degrees actually.
