He admits that, yet says Todd Gurley did wrong....without proof. Just like the 3-4 things that got him in shite in the 80s.....

It will continue to happen more and more, until we set up some sort of account that players can use a small percentage for general use, and an amount that their parents can access.
Most kids doing this are dirt poor or at least around the poverty line. What would you do if your folks and siblings couldn't pay the power or water, and your signature could get you 50 bucks towards that.
