Is there really a difference at all between Chili's, or Applebee's, or Ruby Tuesday's, California Dreaming, TGIFridays etc..........other than the random shite they hang all over the walls?

I've found Applebee's to have a lower socioeconomic client base . The $10 all you can eat appetizers have made it semi dangerous hangout.
