Haha yeah I just hate that we could possibly be the ONLY SEC team to lose our bowl game. At least they tried to NOT field anymore punts. I think they should just quit putting a guy back there and go after the kick in the future. We can hope some things change and next year is a great one!! We still have a chance to better our team on February 5th.

Excuses? Read my other posts in this thread. It's a fact that we were apathetic. I was too. Just really didn't care. That's not an excuse, it's reality.

As bad as we were, the game was winnable. Actually we had two series at the end to win it. Lynch and Wooten failed on what should have been easy catches.
Lynch has done this several times this season in key situations. Good blocker and made some good catches but just not a clutch receiver.
Oh for the days of guys like Shannon Mitchell or Randy McMichael or Leonard Pope....or Orson Charles....
Maybe Rome will be the next great one.
