Excellent point. As has been said in here before, the admin's main concern isn't turning this program into an Alabama-level powerhouse. Would they want a natty? Sure they would, but they aren't willing to do what it takes. That doesn't rest on the coaches shoulders - that is much, much higher.

Think of as kind of like WWI tanks going up against German Tigers. Sure, they might knock off one or two, but they won't win the fight. Don't have the resources/tools, you don't win the fight. Plain and simple.
