Each day a game?

Should I expect all players to have stats and shuffle daily?

I'm empty at DH & 1 pitchers slot but it wants me to drop a player?

How does the roster work?

yeah thats the big difference compared to fantasy football, you have to manage the roster everyday. now if you have a big lead in ERA or WHIP on say Friday, you might want to think about sitting a starting pitcher as insurance against said pitcher getting blown up.

looks like you have the full amount of players, you just have more position players than pitchers. So yeah, if you want to add a pitcher you'll have to drop one of those position players. you can plug any position player into that utility spot. doesn't have to be a DH.

How do you know which pitcher is starting for you each night? (All I see is a bunch of pitcher slots ...( not a pitcher slot and then bullpen/bench slots))

if a pitcher is starting it will have a "PP" next to his name before his game starts. There are no slots for strictly relief pitchers

So I need at least one pitcher with PP nightly (slot doesn't matter)

How do you look up starters when trying to set lineup early .. I should be killing it but I do not know how to set the lineup)

well, you can go that route if you want to, but most people just keep their pitchers set all week (unless youre dropping one or want to try to gain ground in a pitching category) because the starting pitchers will pitch at least once per week.

if you look at the next day it will show you which pitchers are "PP". Same deal if youre trying to add a starter for that night, it will have the "PP" sign too.

Last question:

What do you do when 3 pitchers are starting the same night?

Send 2 to the bench?

How do they score it with 3 starting?
