Clemson's Dabo Swinney wants to renew old rivalry: “If it were up to me, we'd play UGA every yr. Just makes sense.”
I don't know about every year but 2 of 4 wouldn't be bad.

that is certainly true, but I'm surprised he'd mention this considering their big in state rival is OOC as is ours. That means that only leaves them 2 games against cupcakes to practice on. Throw in a kickoff classic here or there or a random OOC game (like us with ND) and you've essentially got 1 game out of 12 that you can breathe a little easy. Taht would suck.

We play GT and Auburn every year as rivals. Adding another annual rivalry game seems a bit much to me. I'd be fine doing a home-and-home every so often.

Playing them 2 or 4 times per decade is perfect IMO.

Yup... H & A twice every 8 years is plenty. If we hamstring ourselves yearly with CU & gt we'll miss a lotta opportunities for better marquee OOC games...

2 out of 4 would be perfect. I miss the rivalry and the great games. It does just make sense in those terms.

Exactly right. Beating Clemson does very little for us in a low population state. However, Clemson must have Ga recruits to be competitive.

Home and Home every few years would be fine.... but annually... Heck.... We already have to face a gauntlet every year...
