I watched the drug war documentary How to Make Money Selling Drugs which included an interview with former Texas narc of the year Barry Cooper.

Cooper smoked a joint and transformed from a narc to a former cop running stings exposing theft and corruption of his fellow officers. Cooper's interview tells you all the dirty insides of narco law enforcement.

Barry Cooper is an engaging fellow, a hero and he is trying to protect the innocent.

There are good cops and bad cops.... The problem that I see is that the Good Cops are becoming tainted by the Bad Cops.... Cops take care of their own.... willing to cover up, tamper with evidence....etc.... No one is policing the police... and the Police are becoming more militarized every year.... Many Police could care less of your rights and are more than willing to trample on them to benefit their own cause... Why do so many Cops want it to be illegal for you to videotape them.... ? Makes you wonder right.... I am all for Good Cops.... but there are so many corrupt ones these days... it makes it hard to like any of them.... I ought to know.... I was harassed and humiliated in Public by a racist cop.... All the Bogus charges were dropped against me.... but it was scary.... this idiot with a badge was just mad at the world and willing to take it out on someone who was not his skin color.... FWIW.... I'm white.... and it happened to me.... If it were to ever happen to you.... it will change your views really quick...

I watched the Doc. I think Cocaine Cowboys was more entertaining.

The biggest thing I took away from it is the desperation that pushes most people into dealing.

The second thing is, how unnecessarily harsh the drug laws are.

The third thing is how much money the .GOV makes off of drug trafficking.

Cocaine Cowboys made me wanna buy a boat and a plane.

But then I remembered Rule Number Two, and knew that I would fail...

Police plan, then assassinate three men. All caught on video accidentally handed over to Miami news. Ooops!!!

Fast forward to the 3 minute mark for the money shot.

But there are no bad cops.

All they have to do to justify murder is claim "we feared for our lives." That is scary.

I guess the cops are afraid for their lives 24/7 regardless of the situation.

What a bunch of murderous, chicken hearted pussies.

LINK

And the beat goes on. More stories of armed-to-the-teeth swat pussies murdering unarmed civilians linked above.

Anyone who thinks that cops are heroes who protect us is a damn fool.

I too find it scary that a 20 something year old police officer can be the judge, jury and executioner in a case anytime he "feels threatened" knowing that he will have 0 accountability because he knows all he has to say is the magic words: "I thought my life was in danger" and the internal investigation will clear him of any charges brought against him.

That is pig jack-off material if I've ever seen it.

quote:

"Think he's dead yet, Jim Bob?"

"Naw, Billy Ray...We gots ta shoot 'im at least fifty mo' times"

"Aighty, den!"

"RUNDATMOUFINFLARDAGETTHATASSSHOTINFLARDA!!!!"

I cannot fathom how "small government" people support a militarized police, and with no fricking accountability. The system watches over its own...

Disorder.

Seriously though:

quote:

Brannan pleaded not guilty by reason of insanity, but the jury found that the murder of Dinkheller was carried out in a torturous and cruel manner.[1] Brannan was found guilty of murder on January 28, 2000, and was sentenced to death on January 30, 2000.[2]

I can buy the insanity defense, and would like to know how this killing was any more "torturous and cruel" than the next. I swear to God, I thought that I was watching a clip of Reno 911! when this clip first started.

I guess this video has been posted to justify excessive force by the police, boys. The bootlickers are fighting back!

What would you have done differently in his shoes, or what would you like to see LEO do in the future when this scenario happens again?
