Oh sorry that shite is fake. That's the story when Saddam was caught. She just changed the names to mine and put my mugshot up there.

LINK

Arrest details in the link. Nothing about an elevator or any substantial damage.

According to Rochester and Clay's attorney, Kim Stephens, a repair was being done by maintenance employees in their dorm room, when a BB gun was spotted. Police were then notified of the BB gun since it is unlawful to possess one on campus in a dormitory.

Stephens said the two freshman football players were not shooting the BB gun Monday night, but had made small indentions to the sheetrock on the walls previously by targeting Solo cups inside the room.

Stephens said the damage isn't substantial and believes both charges will not only stand as felonies, but will ultimately be dismissed. It's possible, Stephens said, that both Rochester and Clay will wind up in a pre-trial diversionary program.

If we take nothing else at all away from this story, this

quote:

Police also found “drug-related objects” in the bathroom belonging to Clay, according to the search warrant, but did not find sufficient amounts to charge for that.

should be grounds for celebration.

At that point, another search warrant was sought and obtained for the bedrooms. It was in the bathroom of what was identified as Bedroom A – belonging to Clay – that suspected marijuana remnants were found, along with a red and clear glass bong and a grinder. The police report states that the “baggie did not contain a sufficient amount of marijuana for testing, therefore no charges were filed concerning this item.”

Whew. Clay wasn't present for 2nd search. Luckily he finished it up before they searched....

This is fricking stupid. Yeah they should be punished for their actions. Because what they did was stupid. But atleast they weren't out riding around with a 45 with the SN filed off. Or drunk and groping girls in a bar.
IMO this is along the lines of Woerner and company with the pig. Wait till its 95-100 degrees and put them out there with the crew building the IPF. Oh wait I'm sure that would violate some left wing crap.

Kirby needs to get the Clark County DA's office to use the "deferred sentencing" program like the
Alachua County DA does for his Gator friends. Then even a felony conviction can be put off until a player graduates/flunks out before they go to jail.
But, since we don't have the Clark County DA on the university payroll like the Lizards do, we don't always get preferential treatment.
