Beck isn't a seasoned starter, so he's not playing like one, but he is progressing well and doing what he's being asked to do by our coaches.

Those 3rd down completions were clutch AF. And NO, not many QB’s make the plays he did when it mattered. That was intense shite dude…

Bowers plays for us… He’s fricking good. We targeted our best player. He did his job. Doesn’t matter how Beck DID IT… he got the job done.

He left some plays out there in the first half but yeah I mean if you're complaining after his second half performance that's just dumb.

I've definitely got my concerns about Beck, but he definitely made me feel better today. This horizontal dink and dunk game just doesn't work for me. It's playing scared. Throwing the ball down the field vertically is what confident teams do. Beck did that today. Next week will tell us a great deal about his evolvement.

Honestly, I’m extremely excited about next week now all of a sudden. IDK what people want in a QB. Beck pretty much answered a ton of offseason questions today. Not excusing the trash juice performance as a whole, but Beck made plays when we needed him most. Other UGA QB’s in the past (not named Stet) would have found a way to lose.

Bobo emptied the backfield and put it on Beck at the end. Fortunately, Beck understands this means to get Bowers the ball.

I clearly said he must be the best QB on the team. Get your panties out of a wad. I simply said nothing he does is special and our QB room must suck balls if he is the best option. He’s not good so what does that mean about the rest?

I’ll admit I was cussing him the first half. More on the downfield throws he misses or doesn’t seem to see. But the kid stayed composed and made the throws needed to win. I’d almost rather see him throw early in games and see if he gets things going sooner.

What is “not good”… He on pace for 3000 + yards. Again, we’re sleepwalking and it almost cost us. It will at some point. Beck aint the problem and continues to improve. That win on the road will do numbers on his mental. No one can deny that. Beck needed a game like that.

How is he bad? Everyone should know by now that kirby is gonna pick the guy that doesn't turn the ball over and can make the correct read most of the time. No QB is gonna throw it perfect every time. That's why you want bowers, pickens, greene type receivers. Make the right read, make it catchable, and whatch the playmaker work. That's what kirby wants and that's what carson is

Aside from that, how many missed deep passes and not seeing wide open guys and 1h catches on bad passes and opposing DB’s dropping Int’s is it going to take before some of you stop trying to sell Beck to some of us like used car salesman?
I feel like we’re watching a Biden commercial telling us “the economy has never been better” with this shite.

Auburn sucks. They are bad. Let’s get that out of the way. You think Beck can Lead us against a team with a pulse? Stop with the stats. As of now I’d say no. We haven’t played anyone. And won’t play anyone until it matters. Hopefully he gets better but color me unimpressed.

The Dawgs need to quit sleeping their way through the first quarter, They should jump out to an early lead and hammer the other team with the run game. Instead we get behind early (against teams that aren't high school teams) and force Beck to catch up with the pass. That's not where we want to be.

Didn't say he was great, said hes exactly what kirby has always opted for in a QB. Can he carry us to the promise land? Yet to be seen. But tonight was a big step in that direction. Game on the line in one of the loudest stadiums in the SEC with everything the whole game going the opponents way he stepped up and made it happen.

Gunner isn’t the guy. I would feel OK with BVG if need be. But Gunner is third string for a reason.
