I think a lot of folks are going to be surprised by what Bobo pulls out of the bag this game.

You know if Bobo/ Kirby get the chance they will make this a "leave no doubt" game. Saban is Kirby's only blemish. In nature it's brutal when the alpha lion or bull has their reign end at the hands of the next young buck. It must be taken and you dam well know Kirby wants it.

yah, I see the rat poison LOL, but Kirby is not letting the team it it. It will be interesting if they get the opening kick-off. You know both teams will defer. I think everything depends on our ability to contain Milroe's running and deep balls, and limiting turnovers. I think the consensus is that we can move the ball on Bama.

The scenario is almost the exact same as 2021.

Little difference in the Tech game though.I believe it was 42-0 and we cruised.

Having a bit of a struggle vs Tech this year is probably a good thing especially for the young guys on defense.

The added benefit is that success at some exotic looks would pay dividends in the CFP, forcing opposing DCs to consider a lot more variety from our offense.

I think we all agree that Kirby's favorite kind of win (especially against a primary rival) is when we win in the face of competent opposition. Tempering the success with a little bit of adversity has been very good to us.

I agree with everything you said WG, but I’ve read in several different places that our team had the flu for that game so we couldn’t run our regular defense.

That would make much more sense than our entire coaching staff and team forgetting how to football, like it appeared.
