Looks like A.J. Turman took a step back in summer camp after a good spring game. I thought he would beat out Douglas for the 4th spot.

There's still time for him. I don't think he'd be a bad RB, I just think he's stuck behind a bunch of great (minus Douglas) RBs.

How soon people forget how effective Douglas was two years ago. Him and JJ were a better pair than Ealy and King.

I don't think he was implying that he wasn't serviceable. Just that he's not anywhere near the level of the three in front of him.

King sucked dick btw.

That's not saying much. And i remember he played hard. I also remember some awful fumbles in close games. Nothing against him but his play style is not favorable to ball safety.

Like the two in the GT game last year by Chubb and Michel?

White AP isn't Chubb, Michel or Marshall but he gets it done.

Yeah he did. He wasn't a very good football player either.

If I were him I would asked last year to be moved to Strong Safety. Maybe he isn't comfortable with D but I could envision him nailing people as a defensive back.

Douglas put in work that Mizzou game last year, the Tennessee game the year before. AJ will have to earn it on game day

I get what you are saying, but don't forget that Michel and Chubb fumbled at a critical point in a game and it cost us that game, too. They were freshment, just like Douglas was. Sometimes freshmen make mistakes.

Douglass had some good runs coming in after Gurley had beat down the defense and he came in fresh.

Yes, and Chubb had some good runs when he came in fresh against Clemson after Gurley beat down the defense.

Seriously? You don't have to give him any credit if you don't want to, but he has done a very good job and has saved us when injuries hit us hard. I'm glad he came here instead of GT, or we might be wishing we could stop him.

What's up with all the Douglas hate? He's come in more than once and gave us good production when our marquee backs were either injured or suspended. Plus he can lower the shoulder boom better than anyone I've seen in a while.

Chubb and Michel provide a "thunder and lightning" style of attack that Marshall and Douglass can bring at a second level.

Turman is probably somewhere in the middle, and will be a pretty valuable replacement if someone gets hurt.
