Yup. Just realized that. Dude looks like an electric player. USCe getting a good one. Any chance we can flip him?

I've always liked Williams. He will be an electric player for USCe.

Interesting that they highlighted Gibbs and he mentioned a lot of colleges he's interested in - but no UGA.

Beal just ate up the Grayson OL and ruined a sweep.

They were talking about the OV's Gibbs is planning on taking...no need for him to waste an OV on UGA when he can make the 45-50 minute drive from Grayson to Athens on any given Saturday

They listed his top five schools and UGA wasn't on the list.

Jamyest Williams reminds me of Ace Sanders. Hope he doesn't bite us in the arse the way Ace did

kid is small, and is a liabilty on the jump ball. He got beat at the end of the half on one but was bailed out by the taller receiver stepping out of bounds before catching the ball

Even though he is a bit undersized I would be elated if he signed with the good guys. Williams just has a niche for making plays.

Tim Jennings was small. Isaiah McKenzie is small. But they both are great players. J. Williams, if he stays healthy, will be an outstanding college player.

I'm with this. He may be great in the end but it seems Kirby wants larger more physical CBs and safeties.

Both are excellent points and valid. I have expressed several times, some misgivings about Jamyest Williams based only on his size. When a kid is competing with 6'3', 6'4" WRs it is hard when you are 5'8 or 5'9". It's just really, really tough....and that is the direction things are headed. Bigger and bigger WRs.

That said, Tyrann Mathieu was smaller and made a lot of timely plays.

Nobody can say Williams is going to be a great player or not based on what he is doing in high school. In HS, you can get away with a lack of size easier than in college. We won't truly know whether Williams will be a great player until he is on the field. Since that is the case, it has been my position that UGA should go with the bigger, more physical DBs. But, this is my opinion, and Williams could turn into Honey badger II.
