I wouldn't be surprised if he ultimately ends up as a receiving TE for us as his body fills in. I mean 2 years from now he's likely 6'6 250. He's got that kind of frame.

Kelvin Benjamin is 6'5" 243 lbs and he's one of the up and coming premier WR's in the NFL. Obviously, he's a freak athlete, but for Woerner it all depends on if he can add weight and maintain his speed and athleticism.

This was really my initial thought as well. As long as we make use of him, I don't really care where he lines up.

Most likely lower, because then he'd be running routes next to Davis and Hardman. A white boy who is an actual game changer on the D-1 level in a skill position? I'll believe it when I see it. The tape didn't convince me the kid is explosive as the top notch guys. I congratulate this kid for doing something very few of us can, but I think he projects as a tight end or linebacker and not a receiver
