I generally try not to get all that excited about prospects out of Louisiana, because it's very difficult to pull top talent out of that state with the fence that LSU has put up. That said, twice this week Rusty has mentioned that UGA is in very good standing for 5-star OT Willie Allen, and Kipp mentioned it today, too. I know everyone was pissed about the EJ Price situation, but this is potentially big news if we can somehow land Allen. Eason has apparently been working on Allen for months now and he and Big Ben were working him hard at DN.

I've heard tons of different theories, but no one really knows. Anyone who truly knows, isn't saying a damn word.

Well, I know that our staff has been focused on bringing in high character kids that are also super talented, and they've been doing a good job. But if Price has done something to piss off the coaches, which is what it sounds like, then I'm sure they had their reasons and moral superiority isn't one of them.

I'd be pissed too. If the kid is unsure and wants to decommit, that's fine. It happens all the time. But don't go out of your way to make it look like the staff was trying to get you to commit while pain meds have you on your arse. Throwing the staff under the bus because he was unsure of his commitment is pretty bush league.

We've recruited and landed kids from there before so I don't get where you're coming from. Not to mention the kid goes to Archer???

Not sure about Stephenson but he transferred from Central Gwinnett to Archer to play this fall...
