Dawgs have taken a couple of losses so far in this series, hopefully they can salvage today at least. To durden for keeping this thread going, if I wouldn't have been banned all this time I could've posted some good information throughout the season, although a lot of it is irrelevant now.

Some good news is that Robert Tyler threw live at practice to hitters last Wednesday I think it was, he's slated to be back next weekend or the week after. Before that he was throwing in the pen at about 92 mph which is a little off from his usual stuff but he should be back to normal soon.

All we need to know is that Auburn sweeps UGA.

Our season is done

Yeah that pretty much puts the nail in the coffin I guess.

Pretty certain that Robert Tyler will be back this weekend, although he probably won't pitch more than 3 or 4 innings, so at least we have that to look forward to while we face another possible home sweep.

Oh well. This season was toast when Tyler went down. Losing Sosebee all but confirmed it. I have no idea what or how we're doing in recruiting, but this team returns a ton of talent next year. I'm hoping we hear some more about Foley expanding some time in the next year. UGA needs baseball to return to it's former glory. I hate watching A&M and LSU look so strong and know that we're still a year or two away. Time to rejoin the pack with an actual SEC-worthy stadium and squad.

On top of the injuries to the pitchers there are a number of guys playing injured that nobody really knows about, just been unlucky in that department. This team should be really good next year barring injury, a lot of good young talent.

Need to get better at batting smart. Took SO many 2-0 pitches without swinging. It was damn near automatic to toss one down the pipe and we wouldn't swing. Also need to find a way to bat better with RISP. I swear we must have left a record number of guys stranded this year. It was ind boggling and infuriating.

Currently dead last in the SEC I think, Florida series starts tonight, maybe we can get our first SEC home win sometime this weekend?

Robert Tyler set to go Sunday, might be the silver lining to the weekend.

Dawgs win 11-1 tonight over the gators. If we're going to actually win a series, may as well be this one

I know most have stopped paying attention, but over the weekend we took 2 of 3 vs. Kentucky.

Last night we spanked Tech 6-0. We're now 9-4 in the games at Turner field against Tech.

Dawgs are currently sitting at 25-26, 9-17 in conference. If we win the series at home against Arky this weekend, we likely make the SEC tournament and finish the regular season with a winning record.

To state how significant that is, it'd be the first time UGA baseball has had a winning season since 2009 and the second year in a row we made the SEC Tournament.

Down 8-0 in the 5th, not looking like we'll take 2 of 3

we're clearly going to lose. If UT loses to MSU, which they are trailing now in teh 8th, woudl we go to hoover?
