The most blued starred post last night was something to the effect of "Looch, will you finally admit that spav needs to go?" It had over 600 before midnight when I last checked it.

The reason premium has turned on chin pubes this year is because he's never come outright and said spav needs to go. I've seen previous post game chats and answer threads where he says we have problems everywhere and it's just not on spav and ends up putting it more on the players. People ask who our new OC will be and he responds that until something official is announced he won't speculate on that. Well I guess last night was the straw that broke the camels back because in his question and answer thread this morning it was the first question and he actually addressed it, not very well, he just threw two names out and that's it but he did address it. My 9 weeks of premium for 9 bucks is out today so that's the last bit of insight I'll have to the premium boards, I'd never pay $13 a month for that garbage. Might still do the $2 for 2 weeks around recruiting time that comes up and that's it.

Whether spav gets a new job, gets fired, resigns, or whatever, as long as he's gone I will be happy.

Liucci has gotten worse as the years have gone on and his access to the program has increased. There was a time in the mid-2000s when openly participated in discussions about firing coaches. Fast forward ten years or so and he literally bans people for doing the same.

Deep down, I have to think he hates watching news always breaking elsewhere before he is allowed to report it by Sumlin. But this is the price he has chosen to pay.

Anyone else think we made a mistake demoting McKinney in 2013? The 2013 offense was great, and it was basically an overreaction to the LSU+Mizzou games, where Johnny was hurt. In retrospect demoting him for two subpar performances seems silly given the amount of rope Spav has gotten.

We'd likely be replacing oc's anyway, but I agree McKinney looked better. He also still had an NFL line and. JFF -> mike

Noel Mazzone and son are the names that I have been hearing- not from TexAgs.

I hope something happens with Spav soon.

18 hours in, still not fired. Snyder was done 24 hours after the game ended.

I want to look Spav straight in the eye and tell him what a cheap, lying, no good, rotten, far flushing, snake licking, dirt eating, inbreed, overstuffed, ignorant, blood sucking, dog kissing, brainless, dickless, hopeless, heartless, fat assed, bug eyed, stiff legged, spotty lipped, worm headed, sack of monkey shite he is!!!

Yes. He deserved a shot to be OC. Not to be shot.

He is in over his head as OC at this point in his career.

When you hire your intern for a management position and he fails, it's not his fault. He wasn't ready. Who hired him?

Spavital isn't good, but I'm not mad at him. He doesn't want to be in over his head.

Someone not splash, because honestly there will be too many OC positions open at bigger programs under secure new head coaches.

As long as it's not someone on staff and who has been a OC at any college level I will be happy.

Its not going to matter who the OC is until the o-line gets fixed. All the problems start there. Seems like Christensen is the one that really needs to be worrying.

Amen and amen. Been getting worse and worse each year under Sumlin. One group that Sherman absolutely nailed.

I actually disagree. If we had a fast pace offense that was based on quick release and taking advantage of match ups, we could probably skate by with our oline and still score points.

If only such an offense existed.
