I was gonna skip this thread altogether like the tsip obsession thread but there is no reason to jump cas's arse over this. This board desperately needs more diversity, not less so I'd vote against you with a swiftness. cas has a different opinion on things than many of the posters on this board but he's not prohibiting good conversation in any way.
This uber-Aggie need that is this thread to take a backhand shot at someone in order to pump up someone else is far more annoying. But groupthink is everything Chavis, Rick Stansbury, or Jason Cook does is super duper awesome with chocolate sauce while everything Spav, Billy Kennedy, Hyman, Snyder etc do or have ever done is the dumbest thing on earth.
The world is full of grey yo. cas's existence here is to point that the frick out to some of you.

It is really heartening to hear Chief say that he sees enough talent in the program to get the job done. Talent + really good coaching = really good things.

But Billy Kennedy has done an unbelievably poor job, Hyman is only here to get a golden parachute, and Snyder, though I'm sure he's a great guy, was an objective failure here.
