The best thing is that they can now feast on Iowa State, Kansas, Kansaa State, and Texas Tech and pump up tan Fran for an extension. This is all going to plan!

I also have never been so happy to see the whorns beat OU

My friends facebook pages have been filled with "We're Texas" and other hubris

Oh please oh please let them win 4 more games so that Charlie can get an extension

I prefer the slow burn as well. We need 6-6 and a bowl loss for t.u.

Another odd thing that happened at least 10 times in the RRSO was the Texas players, when on offense, would try to quiet the crowd down before the snap. I saw it several times. Did they not realize they were on a neutral field?

Anyone else see that they're on the "also receiving votes" area of the coaches poll? Um, what?! Whoever did that should not be allowed to vote.

Polls have always been stupid. How does TCU barely beat an unranked Kansas State team and still receive first place votes?

Watching the horns celebration after beating mighty OU was stirring. It was a true David takes down Goliath moment. I was so happy for the plucky little underdog team, it was a great sports moment.

I think I'm going to adopt the horns as my favorite mid-major instead of ODU.

I mean, they did lose all four of their games this season to ranked teams (not sure if Cal is still ranked), and they ended with a victory over a top ten ranked team.

Wait... sorry, we're not done with the season?

A team with 4 losses is getting votes 6 games in. What a joke.

I doubt a single team that they have played so far finishes ranked

You don't think TCU finishes ranked?

Just no way is that true. TCU at worst will finish 9-3. Oklahoma at worst 8-4. Notre Dame at worst 8-4.

All of those teams will be ranked at the end of the season, and probably in the top 15.

They haven't played TCU yet. *edit - I meant Baylor

But TCU and Baylor are easily the most overrated teams in the top 10

OU is going to lose at least one more and will fall out of the rankings. ND is hot garbage and I expect something similar if for no other reason than unlucky injuries

I forgot TCU

So one out of the 5 might finish ranked

An 8-4 OU will not be ranked, what are you thinking???
