I think Smart might be next in line at center. I'm simply assuming this because Smart referred to McCollum as his big brother on instagram.

I might be getting Aki and Smart mixed up. Which of the two played center early in camp when McCollum was out?

Moore is entering the draft. I’m still hoping we can get Carson and Hocker.

Should clarify that he said he'd be "surprised" if any come back

I thought Hocker was a near lock to return.

I don't know about camp. Smart Chibuzo played center in garbage time at South Carolina.

Trainor was at LT, Robinson at LG, Chibuzo at C and Ogunbiyi at RG. There was a walk-on at RT

I sure hope Chris Morris is a good boy going forward. We really need him to push Trainor.

Trainor certainly has the size.

He didn’t say none. He said the two that made the most sense were Moore and Hocker, but both want to play in the NFL so it’s a tough decision. Kind of captain obvious here. Moore decided. Hocker hasn’t yet.

He also said he’s not expecting any of the four, but you never know. He’s still leaving it open.

Basically expect them to go and be pleasantly surprised if they don’t.

Edit: I see your later post now.

If C. Green leaves, we will be thin at OT next year. I don't think we can count on Morris. K. Green and Trainor...then what? We need Moko, I guess, but the issue is we're up against the 25 wall. What if we win on LJ and Thomas and Malone. There just won't be room.

I think it would be surprising if Morris is part of the program going forward

I think Green has the most pro potential of the senior OL guys so I just don’t see it. Hope I’m wrong though

If I'm not mistaken, either Crownover or Garza is a blueshirt because of an injury.

I wouldn’t lose too much sleep over it. Jimbo hasn’t given us a reason to doubt him yet, he’ll make the right moves. We just get to sit back and watch

He had some god awful OL at the end of his tenure at FSU so I don't think it's a given we have great OL play from here on out. But I do think it's too early to be worried, even if it's not clear how things will shake out.

It’s just a transition from the older established OL vs the young guys he brought in. We’ll take a step back but it’s not the end of the world. We’ll have a top tier OL by 2022.

I think so too. At the same time, there's a lot to like about how 2021 lines up from a talent and schedule standpoint so I really hope the fall off in OL play is kept to a minimum.

And it's not unheard of for a freshman to contribute right away at tackle, and play at a high level. I don't know if any of our 2021 guys are at that level but who knows what happens in the fall.

The schedule is pretty soft the first month of the season, which at Colorado and Arkansas in Arlington being the hardest games before October, so there's time to break in some young guys.
