well, Pugh answered that a bit different that what I meant but that's okay. Great interview tbird!
Just to complete here - this comes from an offensive walk-on but one that has been on the team for a few years.
It's a little surprising to many but Snyder was pretty much the opposite in practice that he was in interviews. He was extremely hard on the defensive players and often the guys he praised the most in the media, were the guys he tore apart the most in practice.
Chavis meanwhile is pretty gruff in interviews and while he can get on players in practice, he's very quick to praise the players when they do something right.
Honestly it's positive vs negative reinforcement. There are really times for each in life and I think people respond to each differently. But pretty different stylistically
