This still just ANOTHER unforced error for Sumlin and his staff. Sumlin does not have many of those left. Ask yourself, do you think Saban would have read over his coaches presentation before they were delivered?? Do you think a Saban coach would have tweeted disparaging remarks to a recruit??
Sumlin is not focused or hands on enough for us to be elite. This episode again confirms what we knew and lights a few more torches. The pressure on Sumlin will be intense this year.

While the actions of assistant coaches fall 100% on the head coach, they, unfortunately are not always able to control everything. Even Saban himself can't, who had to fire his DL coach this offseason due to him being implicated in recruiting violations.
