Confused as well. Have no idea why someone would think that was a good idea, if real.

Also, tweets like that #literally give me #anxiety.

I think she is upset that a 1950's style "football camp for women" has 1950s style references in the presentation.

That was never going to go over well (which is sad on a whole 'nother level because people cannot take a joke or understand context, apparently).

Saw one click bait post on my FB feel talmbout it was a direct re-write of the Aggie War Hymn. Dafuq?

Football camp for dummie....I mean women.

LINK

I have always seen these things as a bone that is thrown to the women who only attend games because their families have invested so much in boxes/seats and they see the games as a social event.

I honestly had never heard of this chalk talk stuff before today

Then again, my mom actually knows her shite when it comes to football and sports in general and would have laughed at the very idea of an event like this

Mine too. My mom knows more about football than anyone I know IRL. Sometimes when she starts talking Saints' formations I get lost.

But my MIL on the other hand is the exact kind of woman these camps are for. Goes to all the games and tailgates, but only cares about the game when a player she likes is doing good.

I've known about chalk talk for some time and I know about football reasonable ell (don't we all?) but I would still go to an event like this even though I am not allowed or the target audience. Is that weird?

I want that access. They were in meeting rooms, all the facilities, met and spoke with the coaching staff.
