just saw this - just an observation. I fully expect Merritt to pick UO tonight but DCS is doing some heavy recruiting that is paying dividends and maybe more will come from it

Sounds like he should have taken more time before announcing. Not sure why guys like Malik and him set these dates and announce when they aren't 100%.

A ton of CBs trending for Lodge to Ole Miss. Burton and Barber (tu mods) put in their picks, and it seems like people are following them (or at least I hope so). I'm still holding out for Kyler's guarantee.

Whoa. Someone posted on TA that Mack & Soso have informed tu they're out (according to Higdon, Scout's recruiting guy).

Higdon is usually the most grounded of their reporters but I'm not sure how good his sources are. Never really seems to scoop anything.

Honestly if we can't get Mack I would rather him be at TCU over Texas. If he told them they are out then it's all good no matter where he chooses.
He has really burned me out though I will say that. He may be a young kid but people won't forget how he conducted himself in this process anytime soon.
