This will be a huge hire if true. My biggest complaints about Butch have been a subpar staff and his in game management. He might be getting it.

I don't think that aspect of him will ever change. It's his way of coping with the insane media coverage the program gets. In less formal settings, I've seen him talk football and makes sense but as soon as it turns into a standard interview he goes full butchbot.

Yeah, I really don't care as long as he wins. I think one could point out something "negative" about any coach's personality of their quirks.
He is addressing staff issues which is absolutely huge.

Yep. He's confirmed on campus today meeting with CBJ and his staff. I don't think he'd be on campus for just an interview. They must be finalizing a deal.

It's all but sealed at this point. Rumor that there could be an early presser tomorrow but I don't know if they'll announce that fast or just wait until Monday. Good chance word leaks out either way.
