why do you care about him if Alabama doesn't look to be in play? why don't you go talk about Alabama football?

Again, you are acknowledging that CLemson is his 1A yet saying he is a lock for OSU. I'm not saying he is a lock for CLemson. I have the rational position, you don't.

it doesn't make sense to say OSU is a lock for him because the kid said OSU is his 1B. lol you are admitting you are an incredibly dumb person while at the same time you are incredibly accusing me of being dumb.

I don't care about him. I'm just telling you where he is going to school. You seem to have a hard time accepting it.

I talk about Alabama football every single day. I've run the recruiting thread on our board for the last 5 years.

My God are you really this fricking dense?

No, you don't. You desperately want him to sign with Clemson. I don't care where he goes. It's clouding your judgement and making you melt your arse off because someone is pointing out the fallacy in that way of thinking.

lol you desparately don't want him to go to Clemson. I'm simply baffled as to how some hick in ALabama knows where a kid is going to go to school if he hasn't decided yet and listed Clemson as his 1A and gushed over Clemson's facilities, coaches, campus, etc. You act like you are friends with this kid and tells you he is going to OSU.

Clemson isn't going to get every player it recruits, same as any college. I def. don't think it is the end of the world if Clemson doesn't get this one player.

Why would I care if he went to Clemson? We aren't scheduled to play you for the foreseeable future.

I don't live in Alabama.

You're right. I'm not friends with Jackson Carman. However, I am friends with Ohio State fans who are certainly more connected in recruiting circles than your pre-teen arse.

I'm glad you are starting to show some maturity and intelligence. Now, instead of saying "every player it recruits" in your head, replace it with "Jackson Carman."

Problem solved.

so they know he is going to OSU even though he listed Clemson as his 1A?

so why did he bother to list Clemson as his 1A? is he trying to get OSU to pay him some money or something? Lol

it doesn't seem like OSU fans respect this kid if they don't take what he says at face value.

anyway, you are too dumb to continue to give attention to.

Here. Let me give you an example of how recruiting works since it appears you aren't old enough to grasp the concept yourself.

Recruits say shite all the time to drum up attention even though they know for a fact it's not true. Let's look at the recruitment of Travis Rudolph for instance:

quote:

West Palm Beach (Fla.) Cardinal Newman wide receiver Travis Rudolph is finally done with official visits and he will announce at the Under Armour All-American Game on Thursday, January 2.

Rudolph took his final official visit to Alabama on December 13 and according to the standout
pass-catcher the trip surpassed his expectations.

"The trip was amazing," recalled Rudolph. "I got a chance to hang out with the players and Coach (Nick) Saban. I got a real good vibe from Coach Saban. O.J. Howard was my host. He was real cool and we got along well. The vibe I got from Alabama was opportunity. A lot of people say don't go there they recruit the best players and you won't play. They are losing Kevin Norwood and next year they are losing more receivers. There is an opportunity there and I like that."

The four-star split end said seeing the completed facilities really impressed him in addition to spending time at Coach Saban's house.

"On Sunday we spent time at his house, it was a real nice house," chuckled Rudolph. "We had breakfast there and hung out. He is just a real good coach. I love Coach Saban."

Rudolph said it was a big difference being on campus without a game being played because he got to spend more one-on-one time with the coaches and players. One coach he got a chance to catch up with was South Florida native, Mario Cristobal.

"Coach Cristobal loves me," noted Rudolph. "He said I'm one of those elite South Florida players that can come in and make an impact on the program."
When asked to rate his visit?

He replied, "Close to a 10. I can't say it was a 10, but it was a 9.5. Everything was great. Heading into the visit I probably had them at No. 3, but shoot you can say they are No. 1 right now."

Rudolph said his top five consists of the Crimson Tide, Auburn, Florida, Florida State, and Miami with Tennessee on the outside looking in. The Rivals100 prospect has eliminated Ohio State from his list of potential suitors.

This article was written on December 23, 2013.

This one was written 9 days later:

quote:

West Palm Beach (Fla.) four-star wide receiver Travis Rudolph surprised most analysts on Thursday by selecting Florida State live on ESPN at the Under Armour All-America Game.

By picking FSU, Rudolph also shocked his father.

"When he said Alabama was his leader during the week, that's who I thought he was going to pick," said Darrell Rudolph, Travis' father. "I just learned it would be Florida State when he put that hat on."

Rudolph's family said they have no issue with the decision, it just caught them off guard.

"Oh, I'm happy for him. FSU is a great school and they did a great job recruiting him. All the schools recruiting him did a good job and I know he would have been happy at any of them," Rudolph's father told Noles247.com.

One last thing, seeing as Tillman wants to know why people aren't taking Carman's word to the bank.

This kid has 16 Crystal Ball predictions on 247. 15 of them are for Ohio State and one is for Clemson. I'll let you guess who the one outlier is a mod for.

Now, back to their predictions. Why do you think all of these recruiting moderators have stuck with their predictions? I mean, Jackson Carman said himself that Clemson was his leader!!!!!!

Is it because they don't believe Clemson is as big of a national brand as Ohio State? Maybe they secretly don't want Carman to attend Clemson like some people have been accused of in this thread?

What gives?

i'm open to the possibility he won't go to Clemson.

but it doesn't make any sense to assert OSU has him locked up at this point, given his own statements.

the sports 'experts' picked OSU to beat Clemson the last two times they played, and picked Bama to beat Clemson this year. it cracks me up when people act like 'experts' decide who wins and what schools recruits commit to.

they are just basing their opinion on fact he is in Ohio and OSU is good program. it is not like they will be punished if they get their prediction wrong. lol all they are doing is guessing. they have no evidence of their prediction.

Clemson is a long haul from Ohio so it doesn't make much sense he took a trip down there and has another one lined up if he isn't interested.

Please tell me you honestly don't think predicting an outcome of a GAME is even in the same realm as predicting where a kid will attend college.

You can't be that stupid.

So is Sleepy Tiger so going against type is the perfect cover for an alter. Since Diddy is not dead anymore I pondered this too.

Putting up nearly 5,000 posts in under year + not getting banned yet seems to indicate protection from somebody inside TD.

it is crazy how often you post but it is rarely about the topic of the thread. it doesn't even appear you follow a specific SEC team.

you have nearly 25,000 posts since 2012. that is a lot of posts per year, homey, so by your own logic, you should be banned.

i'm still waiting for you to articulate how adults who do not know this kid know for certain what college he is going to attend. this doesn't make sense to anybody who is not a redneck.

To be fair...that is close to 5,000 post per year for 5 years. You have nearly 5,000 post and next month will mark a year. If you post like this for the next 4 years...then you will have 25,000 posts within the same time frame as the you are complaining about.

i'm not complaining, he is. I'm pointing out his hypocrisy.

i doubt that i will be posting as much unless Clemson is back in playoffs and plays a SEC team again.

he posts on here a lot yet doesn't even seem to follow a specific team. i've seen him talking about Lady Cock basketball, etc and he is not even a SC fan. lol

I have 25,000 post spread across most all of the boards as well as running game threads for sports in all seasons over that time. You do not have a similar background so your post count should be much smaller.
