I'll say Auburn - they needed the help on D. Ole Miss, you have a great class, but I hope you guys understand that Bama, AU, FL, LSU, GA, and even A&M are already loaded with the same (if not more) talent than you got today.

And to MSU and TN - sorry guys . . . you need alot of work.

Auburn and Ole Miss about the same-- but Auburn has more room to improve (cough. cough.) so probably Auburn even though Ole Miss got the better class. It's all about starting point.

Since Auburn is riding about a 10 game SEC losing streak, with about half of those being blowout losses, Auburn would have to be the answer here.

I hope it's Auburn, but it really all hinges on what Gustav does with the current roster and how he develops Marshall at QB.

A&M is anything but loaded on defense. I expect a LOT of the DL to play this year, and in a few years the defense will match the incredible offensive talent.

Ole Miss had WAYY less talent than Auburn. Auburn just quit this year. Chizik recruited pretty well the last couple of years.

Ole Miss will be very good, but Auburn will improve "record wise" more.

JM will be gone though. He's the freak on your team.

yup and that's why I feel like IF gus is a real coach and keeps control of these players, we have the potential to be good again very quickly

I'm not really sure to be honest. Is Malzahn a good coach? I know he was O coord for Aub when Cam was there, but other than that I really don't know much about him. I hear he runs a similar offense to Freeze.... I hope Ole Miss does well frick Auburn. That is all. :D

Not worried about losing Manziel. Team will be a LOT deeper on both sides of the ball, and we have a "plethora" of QB's to choose from as his replacement. My bets are on Hill after watching him in High School.

The amount of QB talent sitting on the bench at A&M will be simply criminal. Matt Davis, Kenny Hill, and Kohl Stewart are all very capable. And in 2015, Kyler Murray (Aggie Legacy) will join the group.

Kyler is already considered the best QB in Texas as a Sophomore in many circles.

Ole Miss returns the mot starters in the SEC they're whole team is young. Auburn will be the most improved though.

Still, if either Ole Miss or Auburn were in the ACC we might be talking about which BCS bowl they should go to. Their biggest problem is that they can improve a LOT and still not show up a lot in their conference records.

I think Auburn will do very well in the upcoming season. 8-9 wins after they win their bowl game.

I think I'll have a better feel for Auburn towards the end of fall practice. There will be some attrition after Spring and into the Summer. Also need to identify a QB, which has been our biggest issue since Cam. A decent QB could get us to 6-6 with who we currently have

All in all, I feel a lot better based on today's class but am still being cautiously optimistic regarding improvement

This is exactly right. This morning we took the FIRST step in eventually competing against LSU, BAMA and now TAMU. Nobody thinks that this class alone will give us an SEC championship, but you have to start somewhere. I think Freeze has already shown that he can coach up a limited talent pool and get them to buy in and perform beyond expectations. We will see what he can do with real SEC talent in a few years.

If he can develop this class AND pull good classes the next few years, we COULD make some noise in the SEC with developed talent AND depth, two things that OM has rarely had at the same time. Even then though, we still have to play BAMA, LSU, TAMU, AUBURN, etc. So anything can happen. We could have a top ten team and still end up at .500 in SEC play because the West is just that damn good.

Will be interesting to watch next year. A&M is greatly improving talent as well, while everyone else with the exception of Arkansas is reloading.

Auburn has always recruited well, but they still need a QB.

Maybe, these guys need to get acclomated to the big tackles and guards they will face. I could take some time.

I am not sure any of them start or see significant time too early...maybe Lawson since Lemonier went pro.

Auburn has been signing great talent, but no coaching at all. I'd expect them to improve this year if for no other reason than they hit rock bottom last year.
