Word is that coach O is selling him on that USC DL that went first round and was also from FL. Said he is in the same mold and would most certainly play as a freshman. Would probably be 1st string day one. Shavar, Godchaux, and Valentine?? Now that's a DL right there. He would probably play both DT and DE. We need to start landing these guys and if so LSU's D will be pretty much unstoppable. The linebackers we recruiting are athletic freaks, long and can rush. I see lots of TFL and sacks turned into ints in the near future. The Steel Purple Curtain is fa real .

LSU is NOT moving to a 3-4 wrong, everyone keeps saying this but it's not going to happen. LSU will have 3-4 concepts built in for versatility but we are going to be 4-3 . You can have a heavy 4-3 and also go to a lighter 4-3. It will look like 3-4 sometimes but won't be the base D.

In his first year O may bring in the best Dline class, to go along with the best recruiting class, that LSU has ever had.

I'll take it.
